PhD / Advanced Masters in Translation and Intercultural Studies

The Tarragona program provides advanced training in research methodology in the field of translation and intercultural studies. The entire program is in English.

Research areas: Intercultural theory, translation theory, translation technology, localization, translation history, interpreting, audiovisual translation, training methodology.

Status: Awarded the "Mención de Calidad" (Distinction of Quality) from the Spanish Ministry of Education for 2003-05, 2004-06, 2005-07, 2006-08, 2007-09, 2008-10.

Tuition fees: For the Masters, about 1600 euros for 60 credits ECTS (one year full-time). For the doctorate, about 170 euros per year.
